3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice including identification of the material, the URL of the removed content, your contact details, and a statement that the material was removed in error. Valid counter-notices may result in the content being restored.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users or partners found to repeatedly infringe copyright will have their access suspended or terminated.

5. False Complaints

Please note that knowingly filing a false complaint may be punishable by law. Before submitting a complaint, ensure that you genuinely hold the rights to the material in question.
